Our mission is to inspire students at any age or ability level in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. We encourage students to think creatively and innovatively, from brainstorming one-of-a-kind ideas to tackling complex problems with a broader interdisciplinary approach. With a focus on hands-on application and limitless thinking, our students develop an “explore and experience” mindset.
What We Do
S.T.E.A.M. Academy prides itself on motivating students at any age or ability level develop academic and social-emotional skills beyond the doors of school. Our enrichment programs give individuals an opportunity to think creatively and innovatively. Our Math Coaches provides an engaging learning environment and building math confidence. Our Homeschool Instructors use engaging lessons to enhance learning while staying true to the academic rigor required by the state standards framework.
Positions Available
STEAM Academy LLC is seeking Part-Time instructors/teachers and tutors for the current academic year. We are serving students in-person at our location in Corona, CA and tutoring both in-person and remotely. Employment hours can range from 3 to 20 hours a week, during the school day and/or after school hours. Most classes are instructor-led and may be taught with an assistant, class size is usually around 10 to 15 students. We engage the students with experiential learning.
Candidates should have a foundation in one of the following subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Teaching. It is a plus if the candidates also have a interest/experience in teaching Math.
