Lead Educator
As a Lead Educator, you'll teach from an established curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm, creativity, and professional expertise into every lesson. You'll facilitate engaging instruction in: English Language Arts Mathematics History Integrated project-based learning experiences. Our curriculum and pacing guides are already developed, allowing you to focus on what matters most—building relationships, creating engaging learning experiences, and helping students grow academically and personally.
Lead STEAM Educator – Science, Robotics & Innovation
As our Lead STEAM Educator – Science, Robotics & Innovation, you'll lead some of the Academy's most exciting learning experiences. You'll teach an engaging middle school science curriculum while transforming lessons into memorable investigations through engineering design challenges, robotics, experimentation, maker projects, and collaborative problem-solving. This is not a lecture-based teaching position. You'll facilitate discussions, encourage curiosity, guide experimentation, and create opportunities for students to think like scientists and engineers.
Program & Operations Manager
This position blends operations management, customer experience, program coordination, staff leadership, and strategic problem-solving. Approximately: 70% Operations & Organizational Leadership 30% Family Engagement & Parent Relations You'll work closely with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations while helping expand STEAM Academy into one of the region's premier homeschool education providers. Our long-term vision is to develop a leadership team capable of supporting continued organizational growth, and this role offers tremendous opportunity for professional development and increased responsibility.
Lead Mathematics Educator – Mathematical Thinking & Problem Solving
As our Lead Mathematics Educator – Mathematical Thinking & Problem Solving, you'll inspire students to think deeply about mathematics through discussion, exploration, guided instruction, and authentic problem solving.
You'll teach:
4th Grade Mathematics
6th Grade Mathematics
7th Grade Mathematics
8th Grade Mathematics
Using STEAM Academy's established curriculum, you'll facilitate engaging lessons that balance guided instruction, mathematical discussion, manipulatives, collaborative learning, meaningful practice, and real-world application.
You'll also create opportunities for students to experience mathematics through project-based learning, math labs, games, and interdisciplinary STEM challenges that demonstrate how mathematics connects to everyday life.
We're looking for an educator who develops confident problem-solvers—not simply students who can complete worksheets.

What We Do

Our enrichment programs give individuals an opportunity to think creatively and innovatively. Our Math Coaches provides an engaging learning environment and building math confidence. Our Homeschool Instructors use engaging lessons to enhance learning while staying true to the academic rigor required by the state standards framework.
