Registration is now open for the 2023-2024 STEAM Academy Homeschool Hybrid program. Our first regular day of our program will be September 5, 2023 and our last day of school will be May 16, 2024. We are excited to offer the following options:
Grades TK-6
Option 1 – Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00AM – 2:30PM
Option 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00AM –
2:30PM
Option 3- STEAM Wednesdays 9:00AM-2:30PM
Option 4 – Small Group Intervention Friday 9:00AM – 11:00AM.
Option 5 – 1:1 Personalized Instruction and Tutoring
Grades 7 & 8

Charter Funds
Charter funds are accepted for classes, registration, and curriculum used in the class and at home. Attendance cannot start until an enrichment certificate or purchase order is received.

Enrichment Certificates:
AFTER registering for your classes and paying the non- refundable registration fee, order your Enrichment Certificates/Purchase Order through your charter school. You may need to request the purchase order to be expedited. The enrichment certificate needs to be received BEFORE classes begin or your child will NOT be able to start their classes on time.

Tuition
Tuition is based on a 9-month school year and can be paid in three ways. Monthly tuition cannot be prorated and is non-refundable. STEAM ACADEMY is an approved vendor for many charter schools. Please contact us for more information.
Pay for the full year
No transaction fee required
Pay Per Semester
$20.00 transaction fee per transaction will be added to each semester tuition paid by credit card. Tuition is autopay on the first of each month.
Pay in 9-monthly installments
$10.00 transaction fee will be added to monthly tuition paid by credit card. Tuition is autopay on the first of each month.

Late Charges
All payments made after the 3th of the month will incur a late fee of $20.00
Registration Fee
A $100.00 Non Refundable Registration Fee for each family is due at the time that you enroll your child. Registration fee reserves a spot for your child.

Fridays Small Group
Academic Intervention
Schedule 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
Small group academic intervention addresses student’s specific academic needs, either with reading and/or math. Our Fridays Small Group addresses areas of need before they become a larger obstacle to learning. Groups are formed by learning levels not grade and students receive 2-hours of dedicated instruction once a week to address their specific academic needs. Students will take a reading and/or math diagnostic assessment at the beginning, middle, and end of the program to measure academic growth.
Private tutoring is also available.

Curriculum
Steam Academy uses i-Ready Classroom Mathematics volume 1 and 2, Digital Math Experience (Grades K-8), Magnetic Reading Foundations (K-2), Ready Read (Grades 3-8), Mystery Science, and Discovery Science in the classroom. In addition we use a wide variety of resources to teach and reteach various concepts. Using Google Classroom to communicate with parents and keep students organize, our educators post weekly assignments, projects and activities.
STEAM Academy does not print monthly packets, families are expected to print at home and bring materials to class.

Our STEAM Homeschool Hybrid program and individual academic support services are designed to develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills.
