About Us
Our STEAM center is a collaborative learning space emphasizing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). We offer a unique creative area that includes hands-on, research based learning.
We provide engaging and educational activities that support healthy social-emotional growth and a fun learning environment for homeschool students and their families.
Whether families are looking for a 1-day, 2-days, 3-day, or 4-day hybrid homeschool program, our center offers it all.
STEAM Academy has created immersive and educational program for each stage in learning your child happens to be.

Registration is now open for the 2022-2023 STEAM Academy Homeschool Hybrid program. Our first regular day of our program will be September 6, 2022 and our last day of school will be May 18, 2023. We are excited to offer the following options:
Grades TK-6
Option 1 – Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00AM – 2:30PM
Opton 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00AM –
2:30PM
Option 3- STEAM Wednesdays 9:00AM-2:30PM
Option 4 – Small Group Intervention Friday 9:00AM – 11:00AM.
Option 5 – 1:1 Personalized Instruction and Tutoring
Grades 7 & 8
Option 1 – Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00AM – 2:30PM
Opton 2 – Small Group Intervention Friday 9:00AM – 11:00AM.

Charter Funds
Charter Funds are accepted for both Registration and for Classes. Attendance cannot start until an enrichment certificate or Purchase Order is received.

Enrichment Certificates:
AFTER registering for your classes and paying the registration fee, order your Enrichment Certificates/Purchase Order through your charter school. You may need to request the purchase order to be expedited. The enrichment certificate needs to be received BEFORE classes begin or your child will NOT be able to start their classes on time.

Tuition
Tuition is based on a 9-month school year and can be paid in three ways. Monthly tuition cannot be prorated and is non refundable. STEAM ACADEMY is an approved vendor for many charter schools. Please contact us for more information.
Pay for the full year
No transaction fee required
Pay Per Semester
$20.00 transaction fee per student will be added to each semester tuition paid by credit card. Tuition is autopay on the first of each month.
Pay in 9-monthly installments
$10.00 transaction fee will be added to monthly tuition paid by credit card. Tuition is autopay on the first of each month.

First Tuition Payment
is due on or before September 6, 2022 and final tuition is due before May 1, 2023.
Late Charges
All payments made after the 3th of the month will incur a late fee of $20.
Registration Fee
A $100.00 Registration Fee for each family is due at the time that you enroll your child. Registration fee is non-refundable and reserves a spot for your child.

Fridays Small Group
Academic Intervention
Schedule 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
Small group academic intervention addresses student’s specific academic needs, either with reading and/or math. Our Fridays Small Group addresses areas of need before they become a larger obstacle to learning. Groups are formed by learning levels not grade and students receive 2-hours of dedicated instruction once a week to address their specific academic needs. Students will take a reading and/or math diagnostic assessment at the beginning, middle, and end of the program to measure academic growth.
Private tutoring is also available.

STEAM Academy has uses Ready Math and Ready Read to help students meet State standards, however, some STEAM families choose to use a curriculum of their own when students work at home, the choice is yours.

Curriculum
In addition to using Ready Math and Ready Read, STEAM Academy uses a wide variety of resources to teach and reteach various concepts. Using Google Classroom to communicate with parents and students, our educators post weekly assignments, projects and activities.
Printing additional resource materials at home to bring to class, may be required.

Families can expect the same high quality, friendly and safe service they have always experienced from our team. Our main priority is to educate our students in a safe and healthy environment. Our STEAM Homeschool Hybrid program and critical academic support services are scheduled to operate in-person.
